The course will address the skills and knowledge required to manage payroll activities within an organisation. It covers determining the requirements of payroll systems, establishing policies and procedures to support payroll systems and supervising payroll activities.
On completion of this unit, learner will be able to be able to identify and examine causes of performance deficiency and their impact on systems and resources, manage team dynamics in group discussion to identify root cause(s), and apply problem-solving tools and techniques to address performance deficiency
